8th grade retreat

One moment at HTMMA that I will never forget was at 8th grade retreat when my friends and I got in the pool. It was a sunny day not too hot but not too cold either. Me, Eliza, Emily, and Lynn were getting ready to go in the pool. We all had our swimsuits on and we had our towels and were walking towards the pool. We passed the field, the volleyball court, down the steps, and reached the tennis courts. We crossed the tennis courts and got to the pool. I stuck my foot in and pulled it out real quick. The water was cold enough to have ice cubes floating in it. I slowly got in the water. It was super cold. I will never forget that. Well after I got in the pool I had a lot of fun.


Another moment I wont forget is that Eliza, Emily, Lynn, and I were all in our room and it was just about time for lights out. We were all sitting on our beds except for me I was sitting on Lynn’s bed. We were all talking and scaring Eliza by saying zombie. It was funny. She would kinda dive for her blanket and say stop it and we all laughed. Then I think I got dared to scream. Everyone of my roommates say they went deaf. So I screamed and I guess Sydney heard it and she came to our room and said “If you do that one more time I will tell Ms. Hinostro” with and attitude. I really didn’t care for her after that.
